General Information about The Valley

The capital of Anguilla is known as The Valley and has been inhabited since as far back as 1787. The Valley is home to over 1,170 people with the official language being English. The Valley is a slow paced town which makes it the ideal place to visit to get away from it all.

While you are there be sure to pay the towns most famous attractions which is Miss Marjorie Hodge's Homestead which is photographed by many throughout the year. One of the towns oldest building is the Walllblake House which dates back to 1787. A trip to The Valley would not be complete without visiting the Historic District
