Hostal Maya - Salta, ArgentinaTaken root in Argentina since 2003, our French owner comes to Salta with the idea of make a project of a cultural exchange. Maya Hostal is a place of communication, interrelationships; where it’s possible enjoy the present moment, in order to find the culture and traditions of Salta with all the ingredients to pass a very good time in our argentine northwest.

Maya Hostal is sited in the central zone of Salta’s city, to 3 blocks of the restaurants, bars, folk clubs and disco’s zone called 'La Balcarce'. This zone, on Sundays becomes in a handcrafted fair with more than 250 exhibitors that represents an art’s compendium of the argentine northwest.

Also, we are near of the Shopping center, where you can buy gifts and souvenirs, enjoy of 8 cinema’s rooms, or a great meal.

We are in 466 Entre Ríos Street, which goes to Gully from San Lorenzo, a place of a great natural beauty, special to rest and relax, near to the river, there, are possible to do some out door activities, like horse ridings, mountain bike and trekking.

Location / Directions

Maya Hostal is placed in a strategic site of Salta, near to the most attractive points to enjoy of the tourist attractions. Near to the 9th July main square, where there are all the historical buildings, like The High Mountain Museum, The Cathedral, The Historical Cabildo, where a museum is working.

Also is near to our hostel the already mythical Balcarce street, a place of meeting of our people, there are a lot pubs, discos, folk clubs and restaurants.
