Overview

Powder Mountain Lodge is a fully renovated lodge located directly in downtown Fernie. Our lodge makes a great base camp for your daytime and night time Fernie adventures. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, free Wi-Fi internet access, ski storage. We have a bright, open common area complete with a HUGE kitchen, dining area and pool table. Fernie is one of the biggest meccas in North America and is renowned for it’s steep bowls and heavy snowfall. Powder Mountain Lodge is the friendliest place in Fernie!

Please note that when you are reserving a room in a mixed dorm that you will be put into a 6 bed mixed dorm.

Location / Directions

To get to Powder Mountain Lodge by air:

· the two nearest airport are located at Calgary and Cranbrook.
· another option may be to fly to Kelowna and then drive to Fernie.

To get to Powder Mountain Lodge by land:

· on the main road through town, on the corner of 7th Ave. (Highway 3) and 9th St.
· we are located across 6th Avenue from the Greyhound drop-off and pick-up (its our 24hr entrance at the rear of the building) - 3am arrival on the Greyhound is no problem
· 5 minute drive to the ski hill, shuttle pick-up and drop-off
