Overview

Small & friendly backpacker hostel located on Nova Scotia's popular South Shore: only minutes from Mahone Bay and 7 kilometres from Lunenburg. This is the place to head for a few days of peace & quiet out in the country. If it looks like there aren't enough beds for your group please contact us direct and we'll see if we can sort you out!!!

The closest beach is only 1 kilometre away and plenty more are only drive away and for those of you who aren't quite willing to take a plunge in the North Atlantic, there is a pool right outside the door.

So come visit us, kick back & relax. We have plenty of books, a swimming pool and there is always plenty to keep you busy in Mahone Bay & Lunenburg with bicycle & kayak rentals, yachting, guided tours, hiking trails, beaches, etc.

Location / Directions

Take Highway 103 to Exit 10 (Mahone Bay). Turn right at T-junction, drive past the well-known 3 churches on Mahone Bay waterfront, turn left at Y-junction. Kip & Kaboodle is 3.5kms along that road at #9466 (approx. 50 metres past the speed limit change from 50 to 70).
