General Information about George Town

George Town which is the capital city of the Cayman Islands and is home to over twenty thousand people. George Town can be found on the island of Grand Cayman and features many beautiful beaches. The International Airport is situated not too far away from George Town so getting there is easy.

There are a number of activities to keep you busy while you are visiting George Town sunset diving to horse riding. Be sure to visit the Cayman Islands National Museum as well as the Cayman Maritime Treasure Museum where you will be able to learn all about the island.

While you are visiting George Town be sure to take a trip to the famous Seven Mile Beach as it is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. There are many places to eat out while you are there as well as a variety of bars and cafes.
