QuitoGeneral Information about QuitoQuito which is the capital city of Ecuador is officially known as San Francisco de Quito and is situated along the Guayllabamba river basin in north central Ecuador. The city of Quito is at an elevation of 2,743 metres and is the second highest capital in the world.
