The Taj Mahal is a white marble Mughal mausoleum which was completed in 1648 and was built in Agra under Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan reign in memory of his second wife who died in 1631. Persian, Islamic, Turkish and Indian architectural styles were incorperated to build the Taj Mahal. The agricultural industry employs more than half of the population while only contributing 23.6 percent. The unemployment rate is considerably low with only 9.2 percent recorded back in 2004. India's main exports are mainly textile goods, gems and jewelry, engineering goods, and chemicals. India is only 54.2 percent free financially and is the world's 115th freest economy since 2007.
