Cerro de Punta can be found at Jayuya which is in the centre of Puerto Rico, along the range of Cordillera Central and measures to just over 1,338 metres high. Found along the north coast of Puerto Rico is Rio de la Plata which is the longest river of the island group and originates in the town of Cayey which is set on the Central Mountain range which rises to almost 800 metres. Rio de la Plata flows for over 97 kilometres and almost stretches across the entire island.The lowest point of Puerto Rico is the Caribbean Sea at sea level.
